A global investment management firm with over $200 billion in assets under management, known for its systematic, research-driven approach, is seeking to hire an Associate for their Onboarding team within Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Independently manage and provide leverage in the management of events such as Launches, Terminations, In-Kind transfers, Strategy Changes, Broker & Security Additions, New Market Openings, Custody/Administrator Changes. Become well-versed in proprietary systems and tools. Manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment. Introduce ways to increase efficiency and process improvements. Manage client and internal inquiries independently. Complete account opening and documentation for various events. Communicate and coordinate setups with external brokers and service providers. Lead firmwide and client meetings. Act as liaison for internal and external parties across all events. Coordinate, track, and manage multi-faceted and long-standing projects.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree. 3-7 years of experience in a client onboarding role at a bank or investment manager. Experience in operations, preferably Hedge Fund experience. Product knowledge in Equity and Derivative (OTC, FX, etc.) asset classes. Proficient in Excel/SQL.

Compensation:

Salary:

$90,000 $110,000, Plus Bonus
