Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Accounting Manager – Nonprofit Location: Greenwich, CT A nonprofit organization in the youth services sector is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role will support the CFO in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation. Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger, AP, payroll, monthly close, and cost allocations Prepare internal and external financial reports Support annual budget and audit process Ensure grant and donor compliance in coordination with development team Identify process improvements and help implement system updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of nonprofit accounting experience Proficient in GAAP and fund accounting Strong Excel skills; Sage Intacct experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and communication skills This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and make an impact.
