Summary Overview: Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a seamless first experience for new employees? We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in welcoming new hires to the company. In this role, you’ll manage the full onboarding process—from processing new hire information in ADP to tracking background checks and supporting day-one activities—while collaborating with managers and multiple divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on employee experience and help set new team members up for success from day one. What You'll Do: Process new hire onboarding in ADP with accuracy and timeliness.

Track and manage background checks and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) verifications.

Serve as a primary contact for new hires and hiring managers for day-one tasks.

Conduct weekly audits of new hire profiles to ensure data integrity.

Accuracy and completeness of employee records in HRIS systems.

Process new hire onboarding for Division-specific new hires.

Collaboration: This role works closely with HR, hiring managers, and divisional leadership. The Onboarding Coordinator collaborates across teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes and alignment with company-wide goals. What You'll Bring: Prior onboarding experience in a corporate environment.

Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and hybrid work environment.
