Our client, a respected mid-size firm in downtown Seattle, is seeking a corporate associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its thriving Mergers & Acquisitions practice. This is a standout opportunity for junior attorneys to gain practical, hands-on experience working directly with middle-market private companies on complex transactions. Details

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year DOE
• Hybrid Work Policy
• Annual Bonus: Based on billables and other contributions
• Comprehensive Benefits: Profit-sharing program, Medical, dental, vision (fully subsidized), HSA, 401(k), life & disability insurance, parking, and cell phone reimbursement

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Washington State Bar
• 2–4 years of experience in M&A or corporate law
• Experience drafting purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and formation documents
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
