We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Prepper to join our team. As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process. This includes performing various tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming. We are a flat rate, high production volume body shop.
Responsibilities: - Prepare vehicles for the painting process by sanding, masking, and priming - Remove any imperfections or blemishes on the vehicle's surface - Mix paint colors to match the vehicle's original color - Assist with the application of paint using airless paint spraying equipment - Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
