Brigham-Gill Village Collision
is looking for an
experienced Automotive Paint Prepper
to join our auto body shop.

Job Type:
Full Time
Pay:
$18-25/hr
Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
Support experienced painters with applying primer, base coats, and clear coats to vehicles
Learn to operate and maintain painting equipment and tools, including spray guns, compressors, and mixing systems
Help with buffing and polishing painted surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish
Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to environmental regulations
Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns
Adhere to best practices when working in the auto body shop by reporting any accidents or incidents to management as soon as possible
Qualifications 1+ yr experience in preparing automotive parts/vehicles to paint
21+ years old Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
Strong attention to detail
