Brigham-Gill Village Collision

is looking for an

experienced Automotive Body / Collision Technician

to join our high-capacity auto body shop.

Job Type:

Full Time

Pay:

$100,000-$120,000

Responsibilities Accurately assess and evaluate vehicle damage Perform necessary auto body work: weld, sand, prime and replace parts as needed (no paint jobs required) Identify and order materials and parts needed for repairs Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards Communicate with the designated manager and staff on a regular basis about work performed, necessary changes, new parts needed or any other concerns related to repair or maintenance work on vehicles Follow all safety requirements and local and federal standards when working with all tools and equipment Adhere to best practices when working in the auto body shop by reporting any accidents or incidents to management as soon as possible

Qualifications 21+ years old Ability to complete start to finish jobs (except for painting, no paint jobs required) Strong attention to detail Has in-depth knowledge and experience in collision repair methods Proficient in using industry standard collision repair equipment and tools including frame straightening equipment and welding tools Valid driver’s license with good driving record Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
