Social Media & Marketing Manager

to lead our branding, marketing, and content efforts across all locations. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and design. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller, detail-oriented project manager, and marketing generalist with a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management Develop and manage the content calendar for all restaurant concepts Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Schedule posts and manage engagement using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar Capture and edit photos and videos for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Graphic Design & Visual Branding Design flyers, menus, signage, and digital graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Ensure consistency across all visual assets and branded materials Support event and promo rollouts with custom marketing collateral Email Marketing Build and manage monthly newsletters and promotional campaigns via Mailchimp (or similar) Write clear, compelling email copy that reflects the voice of each brand Monitor open rates, CTRs, and campaign performance Marketing Campaign Execution Coordinate the launch and promotion of new menu items, events, holidays, and seasonal initiatives Work cross-functionally with chefs, managers, and ownership to align on strategy and timelines Influencer, PR & Community Engagement Assist with influencer outreach and collaboration Support PR efforts by working with external agencies or media contacts Promote community partnerships and charitable initiatives Website Management Update website content (menus, hours, events) across all locations Ensure accuracy and brand consistency on digital platforms Reporting & Analytics Track and report on social, email, and campaign performance Adjust strategies based on data insights and engagement trends Requirements: Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or brand management

(restaurant/hospitality

industry preferred) Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong writing and communication skills with attention to voice and tone Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.) and basic web editing (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress) Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously Bonus: Photography, video editing, or short-form content creation skills
