Job Description Salary: $20-25 Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative and age-appropriate activities. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all children in the classroom. Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Child Assessment: Monitor and assess children's progress through observations and assessments, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and activities, fostering strong partnerships. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education best practices. Compliance: Ensure that all activities and curriculum align with state guidelines and standards. Qualifications: Certification: Valid state certification in Early Childhood Education. Experience: Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is preferred. Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching. Knowledge of child development principles.
