Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, promoting literacy and math skills, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in the classroom. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention strategies. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment by adhering to child welfare standards. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with experience working directly with children in a preschool setting. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies. Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly valued. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with standardized testing practices and tutoring methods is a plus. Experience in Montessori or similar educational philosophies is advantageous. Ability to provide care for toddlers while ensuring their safety and well-being during daily activities.
