Position Details - Schedule: MondayThursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day work week) - Optional Overtime: Fridays available based on workload - Location: Groveland, MA - Status: Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine complex aerospace parts - Select tooling, adjust offsets, and make minor program edits - Inspect parts with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, bar gages, etc.) - Maintain clean and organized workstations aligned with safety standards - Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure high output and zero-defect delivery
Preferred Qualifications - Minimum 3 years CNC lathe setup experience in a precision manufacturing environment - Familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar G-code-based systems - Experience holding tolerances - Strong mechanical aptitude and detail orientation
