an Amlaw 100 firm , is looking for a
Miami-based litigator (licensed to practice in Florida)
who can handle to local court appearances in the Miami area, which will be required on occasion. Duration:
6 months (with the potential to extend) Start Date : ASAP Location:
Primarily remote, but will need to make in-person court appearances from time to time,, and would need to report to the office in Miami, FL, on occasion if there are special events. Key Responsibilities: Managing caseloads. Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Analysing liability. Negotiating settlements. Attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Qualifications: Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience Experience in financial services litigation is a plus, but not required Must be
licensed to practice in Florida .
