About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of various systems and equipment, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for writing routine reports and correspondence to keep our team and customers informed of your progress. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in HVAC, electrical, or related field EPA certification Experience with power tools and equipment Experience with preventive maintenance software Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on various systems and equipment, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems and equipment Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner Write routine reports and correspondence to keep team and customers informed of progress Provide exceptional service to customers Skills: As a Service Technician, you will use your expertise in electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of various systems and equipment. You will also use your strong communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, you will use your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to diagnose and repair issues with systems and equipment. Your experience with power tools and equipment, as well as preventive maintenance software, will also be valuable in this role.
