Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, courteous manner Provide accurate information regarding property listings, services, and procedures Maintain client records and ensure all data is up-to-date Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to customer interactions Monitor and manage the CRM system for customer tracking and follow-ups Qualifications
Qualifications
