Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software Additional Information
