Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be the heartbeat of our office, managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and supporting various teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with a friendly and professional touch. Keep our files and records organized for easy access and efficiency. Manage schedules for staff meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding new team members and maintaining personnel records. Use QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks like invoicing and expense tracking (don't worry, we'll provide training!). Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and keeping our workspace tidy and inviting. Collaborate with team members to boost productivity and create a positive work environment. Help coordinate projects and track progress to ensure we're all moving forward together. Qualifications:

Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar role is a plus, but we will train the right candidate! Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with phone systems and office management software. Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus, but not required-we're happy to train! Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
