Salary/Hourly Rate: $21/hr Position Overview: The Office Administrator oversees daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative support across departments. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to keep the workplace running smoothly. Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for staff and executives to ensure smooth daily operations.
The Office Administrator handles incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and office supplies.
The Office Administrator coordinates office logistics, such as ordering supplies, managing vendors, and overseeing facility needs.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget support.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Administrator:
Proven experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Office Administrator should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is ideal.
