Job Description Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing account inquiries, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Maintain accurate client records and process account updates Address client questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs Monitor account activity and ensure service standards are met Prepare reports and documentation related to account management Support account onboarding and client retention initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service Additional Information
