leader in single-cell multi-omics solutions for precision medicine. Following a successful recent financing round, the company is entering an exciting growth phase and looking to grow the team. We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager for the team, based in San Francisco, US. Role responsibilities: If successful, you will be responsible for driving groundbreaking single-cell product launches, guiding cross-functional execution, and mentoring Product Managers. You will: Lead the commercialisation of new product introduction Build financial models to support the commercialisation process and strategy around product offering and clinical utility Conduct voice of the customer and sales Positioning of product offering across different applications Conduct competitive analysis of orthogonal technologies offering across different market segments Collaborate to generate proof points, marketing collateral and sales training Lead and mentor a Product Manager to deliver on product strategy and execution What we are looking for: We are looking for someone with at least an MS. A Ph.D / MS in the Molecular Biology / Cell Biology / Biochemistry discipline, and at least 3-5 years of relevant product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in the genomics space. You should have: Experience in defining and executing robust product initiatives Experience in product management leadership Proven ability in working closely with FAS, R&D and operations to prioritise sustaining issues and enable customer success Experience in the product development process, NPIs to build ROI models Understanding of the single-cell market, next-generation sequencing Deep understanding of genomics, haematology, oncology, cell, and gene therapy, and in techniques such as NGS, PCR, IHC, and Flow Cytometry Experience with applications including Cell and Gene Therapies, heme-oncology, and immune-oncology A self-motivated team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and tight timelines What’s in it for you?
