We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our expanding
Customer Service & Outreach Team ! In this
entry-level
role, you’ll represent some of the nation’s most respected
nonprofit organizations , engage directly with the public, and help raise awareness for causes that matter. This isn’t your typical customer service job. You’ll be working
face-to-face with the community , supporting outreach campaigns, and building meaningful connections— all while making a difference. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
first point of contact
for community members, donors, and supporters Communicate nonprofit campaign goals and messages with
clarity and enthusiasm Build strong public relationships to increase
brand awareness and donor engagement Help plan and execute
local outreach events
and community initiatives Represent nonprofit partners at
public events, street teams, and local activations Maintain a
professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor
at all times Qualifications
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills A genuine interest in
social causes, public service, or advocacy Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable working in
fast-paced, public-facing
environments No experience necessary
– paid training is provided Must be
18+ years old
