The Operations Team provides strategic oversight in operations and administration. The Senior Administrative Specialist ensures smooth operations of senior leadership through administrative, programmatic, and cross-unit coordination.
Scope of Work
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Operations leadership, managing schedules, communications, and program coordination while safeguarding sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities Manage principals calendar, travel, and event logistics; resolve conflicts. Coordinate with the Executive Secretariat for timely briefing materials. Support high-level meetings/events: logistics, agendas, and minutes. Analyze program data; assist with studies and recommendations. Draft, edit, and disseminate official correspondence and reports. Maintain stakeholder relationships across USAID, USG, and partners in conjunction with USAID counterparts. Oversee administrative systems, compliance, and records. Manage procurement, supplies, and hospitality services in conjunction with USAID counterparts. Respond to operational inquiries and perform standard office tasks. Support cross-bureau and surge staffing needs. Manage Special Projects
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree. Minimum 2 years relevant executive/administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and research tools. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. U.S. Citizenship; Secret-level clearance eligibility required.
