is looking for motivated
Line Cooks
to join our kitchen team! If you have a passion for food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your craft, this is your chance to work in one of the area’s most scenic and popular restaurants. We are open all year round, and always need great staff!
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Work efficiently on the line during busy service periods (lunch, dinner, weekends, events).
Assist with food prep, stocking, and organization to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent ticket execution.
Follow proper storage, labeling, and rotation procedures to reduce waste.
Requirements
Previous
line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience
preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in plating and prep.
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
