About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with a dynamic and multifaceted role in legal management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective global legal strategies across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on risk mitigation and cost-effective solutions. This includes retaining, directing, and supervising international law firms and experts on a wide range of legal matters, such as corporate governance, environmental laws, real estate transactions, and intellectual property. The role demands a high level of adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to handle complex legal issues with a creative and aggressive approach. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be involved in the supervision of the company's entities worldwide to ensure legal compliance and will be a key member of the Patent Committee, working to protect the company's intellectual property globally.

Candidates for this position at the company should have a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and be admitted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Supreme Court. A minimum of 7 years' of high-level corporate legal experience is required, with a strong background in contracts, financial matters, intellectual property, environmental issues, international law, commercial real estate, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of experience managing outside counsel and a deep understanding of global anti-corruption laws. The role demands a decisive, confident, and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of handling multiple legal matters simultaneously. The candidate should be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently, and have a passion for efficiency and attention to detail.
