The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive range of accessible and coordinated behavioral and physical healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the organization's image, serving as the primary spokesperson, and effectively communicating the mission to the community and donors. A key aspect of the role is the ability to generate new revenue streams and improve financial results, as well as maintaining the fiscal integrity of the organization. The CEO will also oversee all personnel, supervise the Executive Leadership Team, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for behavioral healthcare, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, or non-profit administration. A Bachelor’s degree in human services may be considered with executive-level work experience. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of senior executive leadership in a similar organization, along with a history of successful financial management and resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have excellent donor and relation skills, strategic thinking, and planning abilities, and a proven track record of identifying and securing funding for program operations.
