About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Footwear Product Strategy to join their dynamic team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing a long-term product vision that drives innovation, market relevance, and business growth across all footwear categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and integrating the workstreams of various teams, including Footwear Product Line Management, Product Marketing, Footwear Merchandising, and Strategic Footwear Advisors. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the product strategy is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with the brand's values and goals. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and the product creation lifecycle, and to be a strong, collaborative leader who can inspire and guide diverse teams.
Applicants for the VP, Footwear Product Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree in business administration preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in product management, merchandising, and/or product marketing within the athletic or outdoor industries is required, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
