The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors, overseeing financial health, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Key responsibilities include financial management and strategy, department leadership, risk management, and compliance. The VP will be expected to provide strategic advice on financial matters, ensure compliance with all regulations, and lead the organization in its mission to improve the lives of women, children, and families.
This role requires a bold and visionary leader with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including a proven track record in managing organizational budgets, non-profit accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and risk management, be proficient in accounting software, and have experience supervising IT and People and Culture operations. They should be adept at making strategic decisions, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive organizational growth. The VP will also be responsible for fostering a cohesive leadership team, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent, and aligning strategies with the company's goals.
