About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, communicating, motivating, and managing the execution of company goals through the assigned personnel to achieve targeted depletion, revenue, and profit plans. This role involves overseeing the company's portfolio of products in designated markets, ensuring the execution of depletion, shipment, and budget plans, and maintaining compliance across all channels of trade. The Division Vice President will also be accountable for targeted division revenue and profitability goals, as well as for developing and coaching their teams to reach performance targets.
Applicants must have a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the beverage alcohol industry, including several years in sales management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to cultivate cross-department relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the wine industry, competitive brands, and markets, and be adept at financial management, including budgeting and trade spending. The position demands a high level of professionalism, ethical business standards, and the ability to represent the company's brands in the best possible manner. A current valid driver's license, the ability to travel, and a clean driving record are also essential.
