The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term vision. This role involves monitoring emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify strategic opportunities and risks. The Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer will also lead inorganic growth initiatives, including M&A, and drive a business-wide innovation agenda, championing emerging technologies and business models that enhance fintech and health solutions.
Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' experience in strategic business development, corporate strategy, or senior-level consulting, with at least 10 years in driving transactions, preferably within fintech, healthcare technology, or a high-growth technology environment. Deep expertise in digital health, health data interoperability, and fintech markets is essential. The role requires a proven track record in leading large-scale strategic initiatives, M&A transactions, and complex partnership ecosystems, as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial and business models, market trends, and consumer behaviors, and the ability to create industry-leading solutions. A strong network and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels are also key qualifications for this position.
