The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This role requires a strategic leader with a Master's degree in a related field, a strong background in HR, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The Chief People Officer will work closely with the executive team to align people strategies with the company's mission and values, foster a culture of inclusion and engagement, and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities for the Chief People Officer at the company include leading the people services department, overseeing benefits and compensation strategy, and driving learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading change, managing conflict, and building a high-performance culture.
