About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide transformative and collaborative leadership, strategic oversight for growth and development, and ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care to all patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial success of the group, and will be active in promoting the organization within the community. Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with local, regional, and national partners, including the hospital system, is a key aspect of the role. The ideal CEO will have a strong background in senior leadership, with at least 5 years' experience in a CEO, COO, or C-suite role within a successful medical group or ambulatory multi-specialty care setting. Leadership experience in a physician group practice, particularly an independent group, is highly valued. A candidate for this position at the company should hold an MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree, and be prepared to lead the organization in a highly collegial atmosphere.

The Chief Executive Officer will be expected to work closely with the board of directors and the Triad Health Network, as the group participates in multiple value-based contracting arrangements. The role demands a leader who can navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry, with a focus on value-based care and a large primary care base. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the growth and development of the organization, both in terms of its clinical services and its business partnerships. A strong strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence are essential for this position.
