About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations to oversee the Assisted Living and Memory Care Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the care provided to residents meets and exceeds operational standards, as well as complies with all state and federal regulations. This role involves direct oversight of operations and clinical staff, being on call 24/7 for the division, and coordinating staff training and state compliance needs. The RVP will also manage the Assisted Living budget, work with residents and families to ensure appropriate levels of care, and develop documentation systems to meet regulatory timeframes.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the senior housing or long-term care environment, hold an LVN or RN license, and possess the proper license for each state in their division. The position requires extensive travel, with about 85% of the time expected to be on the road. Essential functions include managing labor costs, supplies, and other budget items, as well as ensuring timely tuberculosis testing and staff training within state compliance. The RVP will also be involved in writing and reviewing staff performance, planning training programs, and ensuring compliance with all state regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a strong background in senior care, capable of effectively managing a team and maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
