About the Role
The Company is in search of a dedicated Regional Senior Vice President to drive the operational and financial excellence of an extensive affordable housing portfolio. This is not just a leadership role; it is a chance to make a significant impact in the community. The selected candidate will champion high-quality property management, ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations, and spearhead efforts to achieve outstanding operational outcomes.
In this role, you will manage a vast number of properties and apartment units, nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders while focusing on continuous improvement of key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the operating P&L
Implementing operational enhancements
Promoting a positive workplace culture centered on community, integrity, and excellence
Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or real estate operations, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles. A strong understanding of affordable housing compliance programs, including LIHTC and project-based section 8, is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented leader, genuinely invested in the success of their team, clients, and residents. A proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service is crucial. Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the capacity to promote collaboration and resident-centered practices are key.
