Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the operating P&L Implementing operational enhancements Promoting a positive workplace culture centered on community, integrity, and excellence Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or real estate operations, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles. A strong understanding of affordable housing compliance programs, including LIHTC and project-based section 8, is essential.
