• Responsible for local execution of operational HR activities related to turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and recognition.
• Drive initiatives to increase retention and engagement within the core team members and support team members.
• Support the implementation of HR activities in specific projects.
• Collaborate with the Education and Training department to promote capability sessions.
• Support the coordination of events and celebrations across the bakery.
• Support the engagement survey deployment.
• Drive analysis of losses related to moral and retention.
• Build a strategy to create a High Performance Team.
• Deploy training related to HPO Principles and teamwork.
• Create a communication strategy.
• Update boards, TVs, and communication spot available at the bakery.
