Job Summary: The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing efforts for rider and driver Safety products. This role requires strong collaboration across product, design, analytics, and operations to define go-to-market strategies, optimize user growth, and deliver meaningful safety innovations. Ideal candidates bring deep product marketing experience, a data-driven mindset, and a user-first approach to messaging, positioning, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the go-to-market strategy for rider and driver safety product lines Define product positioning based on market research, user feedback, and usability studies Align product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps with company-wide priorities Lead product launches, user growth initiatives, and optimization post-launch Communicate clearly across stakeholders, from engineers to executives Drive alignment with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers Represent user needs with empathy in messaging and product design discussions Translate complex product requirements into compelling marketing narratives Gain buy-in from leadership and cross-functional partners Create and analyze metrics to assess product and marketing effectiveness Required Experience:
6+ years in Product Marketing or Product Management Proven success launching and growing user-facing products Strong data analysis skills and decision-making grounded in metrics Demonstrated ability to collaborate across highly cross-functional teams Background in fast-paced technology environments, ideally in transportation or consumer tech Experience working remotely and managing asynchronous workflows Academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Nice-to-Have Experience:
Prior experience in rideshare, urban mobility, or safety-focused product development Experience with post-launch optimization and A/B testing strategies Familiarity with product design, user research, and experimentation Required Skills:
Strategic product positioning and go-to-market planning Stakeholder communication and project alignment User journey analysis and customer segmentation Strong written and verbal communication across all levels Experience balancing multiple cross-functional projects Preferred Skills:
Empathy for riders and drivers in real-world use cases Thoughtful judgment in balancing product trade-offs Communication strategy for internal and external audiences Operational excellence in remote environments Passion for sustainable urban transportation and safety innovation Additional Skills:
