As part of a dynamic and growing team, you will provide high-level support to two Co-Heads of the Capital Formation and Business Development team, playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and enhancing the team’s effectiveness in managing external relationships and client interactions. Position Overview: The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to two senior leaders within the Capital Formation and Business Development team. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in asset management, particularly within private equity, and familiarity with CRM systems. The EA will act as a liaison between the leadership team and external clients, with a focus on managing schedules, client-facing communications, and facilitating high-level meetings and events. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure that all logistics are handled efficiently for the Co-Heads of Capital Formation / Business Development. Client-Facing Communications:

Serve as a point of contact for external clients, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner. CRM Management:

Utilize CRM systems to track and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date. Document Management:

Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, presentations, and reports, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible. Event Coordination:

Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other client-facing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of professionalism. Project Management:

Support the team with various projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Qualifications: Experience:

4-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in asset management or private equity. Asset Management Knowledge:

Strong understanding of asset management, with preference given to candidates with private equity experience. CRM Expertise:

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage relationships and track client interactions. Client-Facing Skills:

Proven experience in client communication, particularly in a high-stakes, professional environment. Technical Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced skills in Outlook and calendar management. Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment:
