We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.
The individual selected will have reliable transportation, able to work 5 days/week in an office setting and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed. Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and basic filing. Open, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate individuals/departments. Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth front office operations. Support internal team members with administrative or clerical tasks as requested. Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. Comfortable managing a high volume of phone traffic in a professional manner Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting. High School Diploma or GED required. At least one year of directly related or closely related experience.
