Job Description ***Only qualified Social Content Strategist candidates located near Dallas, TX, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns • Understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices. • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines. • Very strong attention to detail. • Social Media Experience (Instagram, TikTok, FB, YT, X, Snapchat) • Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Orca, Tableau, Percolate • Content Creation: Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express • Project Management: Smartsheet or Excel • Must manage content calendars and meet aggressive timelines • Experience working with brand, creative, and advertising partners • Strong multitasking, organization & cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities: • Manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube & more. • Create short-form video and image-based content. • Collaborate with the in-office team for various tasks. • Assist with administrative and organizational needs. • An interest in public safety / first responder audiences is great but not required.
