Qualifications Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in contract administration or legal operations in an international environment. Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (including Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive). Familiarity with contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, CLM platforms). Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and efficiency under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills. Willingness to work extended hours during peak legal periods (e.g., year-end closings).
Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for contract process inquiries, providing expert-level guidance to internal stakeholders. Manage end-to-end processing of contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards. Lead the submission and tracking of legal review requests and serve as liaison between legal and business teams. Maintain and enhance legal department tools, including intranet sites, templates, and workflow systems. Oversee the archiving, retrieval, and audit-readiness of signed legal documents. Train and mentor junior team members on legal operations best practices. Partner with legal and compliance teams to support projects involving policy updates, system migrations, or regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across legal operations.
