Regional Operations Director – Clinical Research (Chicago, Hybrid Travel)

We’re seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead operations across three clinical research sites in the Chicago area . This role is perfect for an experienced Site Director ready to step up into multi-site leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 3 sites.
• Lead and support site teams to deliver high-quality trials on time and in compliance.
• Drive patient recruitment, operational efficiency, and performance improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staff allocation.
• Act as the bridge between site operations and senior leadership.
• Travel regularly between sites (hybrid role).

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading clinical research site operations.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in team leadership, recruitment strategies, and site performance.
• Confident communicator with strong organizational ability.
• Lead a growing regional site network.
• Hybrid role combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership
