Job DescriptionCNC Programmer About the Role:We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with a strong background in Mastercam and Hass milling machines to join our growing team based in Romulus, MI. Responsibilities:Program CNC mills using MastercamSet up and operate Haas vertical and horizontal millsRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentationPerform part inspections and make adjustments to ensure tight tolerancesWork closely with engineers, machinists, and team leads to optimize machining processesMaintain clean and organized work area, following all safety protocolsAssist with CNC lathe work as neededQualifications:3+ years of CNC programming experience in a job shop or manufacturing environmentProficient in Mastercam programming for milling applicationsHands-on experience with Haas CNC milling machinesAbility to read technical drawings and use precision measuring toolsStrong understanding of machining speeds, feeds, and toolingLathe experience is a plus but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Hourly pay between $26 and $36, based on experienceOpportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech automation shopFull-time, first-shift position with growth potential
