What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support customers in investigating and adjusting their technical environments to meet security compliance standards
Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation
Optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
Assess data quality and evaluate code logic
Provide effective solutions to ambiguous technical problems in a customer-facing role
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing support role addressing complex technical issues
At least 4 years of SQL experience, including proficiency in writing and optimizing queries
Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong independent work ethic
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with query investigation related to data access compliance
Familiarity with data quality assessment and code logic evaluation
