We are committed to providing high-quality patient care. The emergency department serves a diverse and multicultural community. The team prides itself on professionalism and collaboration. Staffing includes technicians and clerks to support patient care. Patient ratios typically are 4:1, with up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds. Advanced skills are required for various procedures performed in the unit. Staff are expected to exhibit respectful behavior and enhance patient experience. The department values teamwork and a welcoming environment. Candidates should be prepared to float within all sections of the emergency department. Attendance policy will be provided on the first day. All certifications must be obtained before or shortly after starting.
