$152.00/hr - $278.00/hr Emergency Department ED Volume: 46,000 ED Beds: 55 Staffing Model: 39 hours of day physician coverage; 40 hours of day APP coverage Admission Rate: 25-27% Observation services are also provided and managed by USACS, serving as a catalyst for excellent interdepartmental communication and collaboration between the ED and OBS A dynamic leadership team that promotes collaborative culture while consistently implementing innovative solutions Driven by innovative solutions, such as the vertical care model, which successfully reduces ED boarding by providing streamlined and specialized care to patients of varying acuity levels 100% fully staffed with permanent, highly skilled and dedicated nursing by the end of 2023

About USACS
An EM Assistant Director will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team to deliver excellence in patient care. Assistant directors are expected to support the EM director in overseeing the operations of the emergency department in collaboration with the nursing staff and hospital leadership.
Details Supports the EM Director in overseeing the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration Helps with the supervision of the emergency medical staff, per the bylaws, policies, and procedures of the institution Represents the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
Salary Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $152/hour to $278/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support. Additional leadership stipend.
