We design and implement advanced control systems to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency for our clients. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, and implement control systems for various automation projects across multiple industries. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, tailored solutions is essential. This role requires a creative problem-solver with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is self-driven and capable of working independently while supporting internal teams and clients. Responsibilities Program and implement control systems using PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, VFDs, vision systems, and mobile robots (both traditional and autonomous). Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and high performance. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers for seamless system integration. Provide field support for system retrofits and upgrades. Assist during design reviews, installations, commissioning, and maintenance with project teams and customers. Travel to customer sites for system start-up and troubleshooting (50–60% overnight and local travel). Stay updated on emerging control engineering technologies. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. Experience designing and programming control systems with PLCs and HMIs (Omron, Rockwell, Mitsubishi). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with minimal supervision managing projects. Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience in automation or manufacturing is preferred.
