OAS is seeking an
Administrative Support IV
to provide clerical, secretarial, receptionist, and recordkeeping support to the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
in Washington, DC. This role requires full-time, on-site presence. Duties and Responsibilities
:
The Administrative Support IV will perform a full range of administrative support services, including but not limited to: Preparing meeting minutes and documenting significant meeting events. Recording and tracking action items from meetings, briefings, and work sessions. Assisting
with federal employee onboarding processes (e.g., wireless device requests). Scheduling and coordinating internal group meetings (e.g., All Hands). Managing calendars, arranging appointments, and reserving meeting spaces. Developing and preparing briefing materials, handouts, and related documentation. Supporting the procurement process for system acquisitions. Assisting
with financial analysis activities. Required Qualifications High School Diploma. Must be eligible to obtain and
maintain
a
Secret clearance
. Must
possess
a valid REAL ID or U.S. Passport. Must have at least 10 years of relevant administrative support experience. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency
with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint. Prior experience supporting the FAA or other U.S. Government clients. Work Environment Full-time, on-site in Washington, DC. About the Mission

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
, the agency responsible for the safety of more than 45,000 daily flights and
3 million passengers
across
28 million miles
of U.S.-controlled airspace. In addition to civilian aviation oversight, the FAA plays a key role in national security through coordination with the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
