Compensation: Pay Range: $60.00-$95.00 Per Hour
Description: Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of a healthcare application for emergency and urgent care settings. Facilitates access to comprehensive patient information and real-time decision support for clinicians. Ensures quick, accurate, and user-friendly documentation to support quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, build, test, and maintain the application to support emergency and urgent care workflows. Collaborate with healthcare staff to gather requirements and design system solutions. Support workflows related to triage, orders, results, documentation, and discharge processes. Optimize decision support tools to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety. Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues. Assist with upgrades, testing, workflow validation, and training of clinical staff. Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and reports.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience with healthcare applications or similar clinical modules. Certification in relevant healthcare applications (or willingness to obtain). Strong understanding of emergency and urgent care workflows. Experience working with clinical stakeholders and IT teams in healthcare environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
