Compensation: Pay Range: $60.00-$95.00 Per Hour
Description: Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of radiology software. Streamlines scheduling, performing, and resulting radiology exams. Supports technologists and nurses through exam workflows. Provides radiologists with tools to prioritize and report on studies. Enables tracking of actionable findings and follow-up procedures. Offers dashboards for visualizing departmental and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, build, test, and maintain radiology software to support workflows. Collaborate with radiology staff to gather requirements and design workflow solutions. Support scheduling, imaging, documentation, reporting, and results management workflows. Optimize tools for prioritizing studies and tracking follow-up actions. Implement dashboards to monitor departmental performance and productivity. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Participate in upgrades, testing, validation, and training. Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and reporting templates. Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience with radiology software or related clinical modules. Certification in radiology software (or willingness to obtain). Strong understanding of radiology workflows, including scheduling, imaging, and reporting. Experience collaborating with radiology departments and IT teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
