Compensation: Pay Range: $60.00-$95.00 Per Hour
Description: Responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of dental software applications. Support dental providers in documenting oral health, managing preventive care, planning treatments, and coordinating with the care team. Ensure streamlined workflows for dental staff, promoting integration of oral health with overall patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, build, test, and maintain dental software modules to support workflows. Collaborate with clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Support workflows for treatment planning, preventive care, and documentation of oral health records. Integrate dental software with other clinical systems to ensure continuity of care. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing end-user support. Assist in system upgrades, testing, validation, and user training. Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, system build, and reports. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience with dental healthcare applications or similar. Certification or proficiency in dental software with willingness to certify. Strong knowledge of dental workflows, preventive care, and treatment planning. Experience collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams in a healthcare setting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
