The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is an advanced allied health professional with demonstrated skills and competency in all required General and Cardiac Nuclear Medicine modalities provided in the hospital. Under general supervision, performs all General and Cardiac Nuclear Medicine procedures within the scope of the Nuclear Medicine Department. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job : Communicate pertinent patient information to the radiologist. Evaluate the demands of physicians, patients, staff, and superiors. Identify and implement performance improvement techniques effectively. Deliver quality customer service and be punctual. Follow company policies, procedures, and directives. Interact positively and constructively with others. Prioritize and multitask effectively. Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation such as shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonuses. Qualifications : Minimum Requirements : One year of experience in all areas where routine Nuclear Medicine procedures are provided, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, and neonate patient populations. Education / Licensure / Certification : CNMT required NMTCB or ARRT (NM) required CRT preferred BCLS (CPR for Healthcare Providers) required
