Job Title: Head of Sales- Midwest

Location: Chicago, IL

Jellycat, a leader in luxury retail, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive strategic growth and lead our high-performing regional sales team. This critical leadership role will oversee Regional Sales Managers across key territories, fostering excellence in high-end merchandising and elevating brand presence nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers to exceed sales goals and deliver premium customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Travel within your territory approximately three days per week; perform administrative duties remotely.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales team leadership within luxury brands.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in reporting and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and manage remote teams effectively.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: Starting at $140,000+, commensurate with experience
  • Location: Based in Chicago, IL
